The Dedham Choral Society is one of the Boston area's premiere community choruses, balancing musical accuracy with social enjoyment. We maintain a strong commitment to the Dedham community while attracting a broader audience in the Boston area.

Performing challenging choral works with original orchestration and performance design in mind is complex logistically and burdensome financially. DCS rents its practice space, contracts for all staging needs and manages increasing rates for artists and musicians.

Our main goal, simply, is to build on our 50-year legacy of cultural enrichment and collaborative effort. We are a strong, rooted organization, operating with ever-increasing expenses in a challenging funding environment. The Dedham Choral Society aspires to establish financial stability and expand our ability to pursue our mission.
